For mail order, the footprint system is the safest. We slip the cut-up print into the shoe to make sure you get the right size.
Send us your footprint : get hold of a sharp pencil and, with weight on your foot, draw its outline on a sheet of paper as close as possible. If your feet are not exactely the same size, draw the bigger one.
Please pay attention : misdrawn footprints may induce variations up to a full size

We don' need prints of both feet, one may do !

Dont send footprints by fax, the transmission may vary its original size

Thank you for cutting up the footprint
and writing on it the following : your name, the name of the choosen model and your usual size

EXCHANGES
If you are not pleased with your shoes you can exchange them
Within 15 days providing that they weren't used
The postage rate to send us the shoes back will be on your behalf;
though the mailing of the new pair will be free of charge
